“I have always had an uncomfortable relationship with food and nutrition. Even though I was pretty active as a kid, I was still ‘the kinda chubby guy’. This led to fluctuations in my weight and, as much as I hate to admit it, fluctuations in my confidence. I started becoming more and more active and saw some improvement but I still wasn’t happy with where I was. That’s until I started KLN with Coach Diana! I noticed one of the guys in my gym having incredible results and decided to try 6 weeks and go from there. Since that time I have lost over 20 lbs. in about 6 months and I’ve been able to keep it off and then some. My clothes fit better, I perform better in the gym, recover faster, sleep better, and just feel all around much more healthy. The little “family of abs” that I discovered hiding around my midsection doesn’t hurt either. Most importantly, I’ve developed a much healthier relationship with food and my body. Although I’m not quite at my goals yet I know I can reach and maintain them in a healthy, sustainable, and fun way without feeling like I’m depriving myself.
