I am a wife, a cat mom, a coach, a yogi, and a lover of all things food and personal wellness. I grew up playing sports and have always been a competitive athlete. I have worked in the health and fitness industry for nearly a decade and wear many hats. I have earned my nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition’s Level 1 Certification. I have also worked as a CF-L2 CrossFit trainer for over 7 years and have been cooking up a storm for most of my life.

I believe that nutrition is about so much more than just the food we eat and that building habits in all areas of our lives is what creates long-term change. One of my biggest missions as a coach is to encourage my clients to embrace their own journey and to recognize that our health is personal and our challenges and experiences are our own. I believe that reaching your goals can be enjoyable - no crash diets, perfectionism or “bad” foods list required.
