  • From Fernand: I have always had an uncomfortable relationship with food and nutrition. This has led to fluctuations in my weight and, as much as I hate to admit it, my fluctuations in my confidence.

    I started becoming more and more active and saw some improvement but I still wasn’t happy with where I was. That’s until I started KLN with Coach Diana! Since that time I have had an >20lb weight loss in about 6 months and I’ve been able to keep it off and then some.

  • Kathryn came to me as a competitive weightlifter, seeking to find a sustainable way to lose weight while still living an everyday life. With a hectic career and lots of office and travel time, we knew there may be some challenges ahead of us. 

    Paired with some less-than-desirable experiences with previous nutrition coaches, I know she was hoping for something different to happen this time. 

    So we sought to create a small calorie deficit to ensure she was still progressing with her athletic pursuits but also losing weight at a rate of speed that felt comfortable to her. 

    Over two years, with plenty of business trips and weightlifting competitions, Kathryn lost 30 pounds, with six months dedicated to eating at maintenance calories. Kathryn saw tremendous strides in her weightlifting, her relationship with food (especially calorie-dense items that she keeps in her pantry), and her ability to offer herself compassion and grace when things didn't quite go as planned.
