“This is the first time I’ve ever posted a transformation photo. I don’t think I have ever felt confident enough to do it and I never actually saw the changes in my mind. I’ve always struggled with low confidence because of my weight. I knew I wasn’t in a healthy place but I don’t think I really considered how bad my health had gotten until I saw the positive changes. Over the past 8 months I’ve gotten stronger, my energy levels have improved, my sleep has improved, my self confidence has improved, and my relationship with food has become so much healthier (and I didn’t have to give up any types of foods whatsoever!)... “Before starting with KLN, I had a very unhealthy relationship with my body and appearance. I worked out on a regular basis, but I was not fueling my body right and hence I was not losing weight. On my journey I learned SOOO much about food and myself. I started to understand what food helps my body to recover faster and that I can’t out train a bad diet (trust me I have been trying to prove myself wrong many, many times without success). Yes, working out is important, BUT the main thing is eating the right food and being consistent. It was an amazing journey and KLN and Diana gave me the right tools to succeed.
