Frozen Yogurt Smoothie Pops: A Macro-Friendly Summer Recipe

Ice cream and sweet cold treats are some of my favorites when it comes to dessert, especially in the heat of the summer. When tracking your macros, it can sometimes be tough to work in a “healthy” sweet treat or dessert, which is why we created these low-calorie frozen yogurt smoothie popsicles. They’re quick and easy to whip up and are great for an after-dinner dessert or even a sweet midday snack (have we mentioned that we whole-heartedly believe in lunch dessert?!) We have four fun flavors for you to try and you won’t believe that each popsicle packs 10g of protein! Enjoy!

  3. Freeze overnight (or at least 6 hours) until frozen.

  4. Enjoy!

NOTES:

  • Popsicles will keep well for about 2 weeks in the freezer.

  • Every popsicle mold will differ. This recipe makes about 2 cups of popsicle filling. If you have more filling than space allows in your popsicle mold, you can keep the blended filling overnight in the refrigerator and refill the popsicle mold the next day with additional popsicles.

  • We used this popsicle mold for our recipe.
